My installed Apps is missing!!!

I have installed a number of Apps but somehow, I dont know what went wrong and some of the folders and App icons have gone missing.  But I checked Google play and the Apps have shown to be installed?

Anyone encounters this problems? Any solution? Or is it a bugs for Xperia Z1?

Some Apps, for example those related to the SmartWatch do not have icons.

To verify the apps are on your phone have you looked in Settings\Apps\Downloaded
