new smartband talk

Just set up my smart band talk swr30 and now the screen has two arrows in a circle on it. It's been a while and its still there. It's this a update? Or is there something wrong? Thanks

I have the Sony z1,and the latest smartband talk app for that watch

Version 2.0069 the only thing i can think of is its trying to update, and i dont have wifi at work. Just my phone data. Maybe it won't update unless it has wifi

it should work with your data but perhaps its not as fast and its taking quite a bit of time

You can try resetting itby, Turn off your SmartBand Talk.Then Press and hold down both the power key and the volume up and down keys at the same time until you feel three short vibrations followed by one longer vibration, then release the keys.

Tried that but still stuck on that double arrows in a circle. Can't get that off the screen
