Does rebooting help? what if you reboot on safe mode? if that doesn't work then repair your phone with PCC and do NOT install any app and test your phone for 3 hours w/o installing apps

I already did it....used the phone in safe mode for almost 3 days.. Stil d same.problem
Try PCC, if that doesn't work then contact your local Xperia Care
Anyone tell me d solution how to fix dis issue.
Also visited to the service for 4 times....dey do nothing except rebooting or installing new softwares

Repair your phone with PCC > DO NOT install any app > test your phone for 2 to 3 hours > report back
