My phone memory is pretty much full completely (with hardly any apps on the phone) it says 324MB used and 96MB free.
My SD card storage has LOADS of available space - 1.3GB used, 6.1GB free.
I have absolutely no idea how apps can be saved via the SD card instead of the phone, and it is getting ridiculous because I have about 14 updates available for apps, and have no way of updating them, and physically can't get on to some of the apps without updated versions!
I know if you go on Settings, Apps, some have the option to 'move to SD card' but this is hardly any..
Would really appreciate some advice!
Settings > apps > manager apps > on SD card > move them all
also it will be wise to empty cache on streaming apps (G+, play music, instagram, facebook, youtube, etc)
Have no option for 'manager apps'
That was a typo
settings > applications > manage applications
No still don't have manager apps, this is screenshots of it and as you can see from the last one the 'move to SD card' button is not an option that allows me to click it.. desperate for help!!
I can't see the pictures, upload them to box.com and post the link here
Hello Kel94,
I have exactly the same problem ! Can't see down below if you manage to fix it... If yes, how ? Thanks in advance
Still not resolved yet unfortunately! I dont know who to turn to either; sony directly / android help / vodafone... tried everything!
There you have it, its the cache on apps, twitter shouldn't be 205MB
That's irrelevant to my original post.
I need to know how to move the files on to the SD Card, I don't know why the phone would allow you to input an SD Card if there is no way of transferring files to it
