Phone won't save screenshot properly.

Hi, 

My Sony Xperia J won't save screenshots properly. I'll take the screenshot and then I'll get a notfication saying its saving but it will be like that always, it never saves properly, it just keep saying 'Saving Screenshot' with a picture of the screenshot below it. 

Even when I turn off/turn on my phone it will still do it. 

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have enough free internal storage?

Yes and I have an external storage as well.

I don't see booting my phone in safe mode then booting it in normal would do anything.

@Derri Boot on safe mode, if you experience the same issue then repair your phone with PCC, if you don't then its an app problem. Its that simple
