please help!!!!!

I turned my phone on the other morning, and it came up with numbers. Instead of the date or media, it came up with numbers. I can not get into anything. If i recieve a text, and i try to reply, it turns itself off. If i start typing a number, I can see who it belongs too, but I can not acess anything. Please Help. I dont know what has happened, or how to fix it

Run the SE Update service on it.Which phone is it?

its an equinox. I cant even do that. It wont do anything.

The update service should work but if it isn't then download se pc companion and choose the repair option.

It sounds like a software problem. Repair or reinstall the software on your phone using SEUS.
