probleme with phonecall

When I'm calling someone, and we are speaking and my screen is off, then suddenly the phone is going to Google or contact list or camera or something. But when I touch the screen on purpose, nothing happens. The other person ask me why the can't hear me. Al the options are off, as well as the cloves option. Best regards, Franspeter van Limburg
