Problems updating my X2

I tried the to update software on my X2, and ot all went fine untill the last step - installing the updates on my phone, ther it failed with massage that it could not install and I should check my battery and then that I should try again after recharge.
I tried after recharging and still the same error. Now I cannot even start my phone -  after switching on it stops with SonyEricsson symbol and hangs there.
How can you help me? I need the phone.

Hello!

Have you used the wall charger that came with the phone for charging? If not you should  try that.

The X2 does not always take charge from PC USB ports or random USB chargers, and it does not charge properly during the update process.

Try to charge with the original wall charger for at least 2 hours, remove and re-insert the battery, and then try updating again.
