Screen block and shutdown

Hello everyone.

I have a question about secure.

I can set key (password,pin,graphical etc.) to block the screen. But I can push shutdown button and shutdown my smartphone without deblocking smartphone. I think that it's critical bug because it affect for all location services (e.g. myXperia) and then I will not able to track my phone.

I think that it's need to be fixed.

Thank you for your feedback. This is not a bug, it's working according to specification.
