I bought one smartwatch in Sony store and after 2 week it doesn't start. Nothing appears in the touch. I left to charge for 4 hours to 6 hours. It worked for 10 days only.
I live in Brazil and I dont have support - guarantee in Brazil.
Please, Could you tell me what are the possible cause of the problems?

Let it charge for an hour or so (use a wall charger not a computer) after 1 hour > update/repair your SM2 with SUS
My computer unknown the smartwatch.
