Sony Xperia Tipo Camera Error

For some reason when I open the camera app, it comes up with a black screen. I have tryed reseting the phone update using Companion, but the camera still doesn't work. Please let me know if there is a solution o this problem.

Ahm, my camera also have desame problem as yours. when i open the camera it's always black i dont know what to do with it can you also help me?

I recommend that you first try making a repair of the phones software using PC Companion and see if that helps: http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/.

If a repair doesn't solve the problem i suggest that you contact a service location or local Sony Xperia support (http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/) for further investigation and repairs.

whenever i open the camera of my xperia tipo it shows "unfortunately the camera has stopped" what could be the reason
