to transfer the data content from internal memory of phone to SD card

Hi ,

1.I need to know about the process to transfer the data content to move it to SD CARD which is downloaded to internal memeory  .

   i searched in the data usage option but i could not find the option to "transfer data to SD card".

2.i connected the mobile to my PC,i am not able to see the content downloaded to mobile from WifI in my pC which are stored in internal memory.

3.how to unzip the folder in the phone which are downloaded?

what's the solution to this?

Which phone model and Android version are you running on? Settings > about phone.

Hi , 

I am using Sony xperia M,  model no . C1904 and andriod version is 4.1.2 . I am not able to move apps from internal memory to SD card . 

Please tell me any apps i need to install or any settings have to do for moving apps to SD card.

shouldn't it be in Data Storage and not Data Usage?

& one mroe thing, if you want to download automatically to external SD, download ES File Explorer, go to Settings > Directory Settings and change your download path. After that just use the ES Downloader as your default. this will automatically save any downloads to your chosen folder.

How I can root the phone. I do have the similar problem regarding transferring contents from phone internal memory to Sd card.
