Screen sleeps in 10 seconds

I've tried everything to prolong the sleep time but it just won't work!
When I go to settings>display, the sleep option is disabled for some reason I don't understand.
All the power management options are off, so there is no reason for the phone screen to shut down after 10 seconds of not touching it.

Can someone please help.

I've just done that, same problem!
I can see the sleep option in tge display settings, it's just in Gray and i can't press it.

That's rather odd, you could repair your phone with PCC

Have you enabled developer options? Try disabling it.

It's disabled, still hasn't fixed the problem.

Have you tried disabling Low Battery Mode or Stamina Mode?
