Update despite unlocked bootloader?

I'm trying to upgrade my Experia mini pro to version 4.1.B.0.587 from 4.1.B.0.431 but since the bootloader is unlocked (done before I had the phone) it is not possible with PC Companion.

Is there anyway this can be done?

I don't mind if the bootloader is locked again.

If not. Is there anything else I should try?

Relock the bootloader, check the xda forum

You can also Google Flashtool and down and install then click on BLU and follow the instructions on screen

Well, I can't find anything about relocking the bootloader so I thought I'd try flashing with Emma. Not so new anymore.

But there "still" aren't any available services matching my SK17i. 😞

If your model isn't listed on the list of supported devices then it won't work - Your only option is to relock the bootloader or again download Flashtool as above and then visit XDA for a .ftf firmware file to manually flash
