touch screen not responding

I just got my touchscreen replaced for a new one from the service centre and I am still facing the touch issue on the screen.multiple touches occur on pressing once and it does not even register the touches very often.i read that calibration of the screen might fix this problem.is there a way of calibrating it or the problem can never be solved?

Open Dialer and type *#*#7378423#*#*

It will open Service Menu > Click Service test > ( You have all option to test your phone )

It will check you screen. If possible, print screen it and upload it here.

I tested the touchscreen and the line break at different points without lifting up the finger

Ouh,thats bad Slightly_frowning_Face Have you perform:

1.Safe mode and test it again?

2.Fix with Sony Update Center(SUS)?

3.Uninstall any suspected Task manager,Memory Booster / Ram Booster,Antivirus and Any tweak softwares?

Are you sure it does not detect Xperia SP?

Have you tried to "Go directly to" ?

Or manual search Xperia SP?

Xperia SP is at the most right lane below SOL22,right beside Xperia Z Tablet WiFi Only and above Xperia Z.

Did you use any screen protectors?

Aha!There's might be very small dust trapped under the screen(just an assumption),if you don't mind, try peel it off, swipe it with some screen spray and test again.Obviously, you will lose some bucks... Slightly_frowning_Face Do this as the last resort,okay...

Now,you should fix it with SUS.Found the device yet?
