touch screen not responding

I just got my touchscreen replaced for a new one from the service centre and I am still facing the touch issue on the screen.multiple touches occur on pressing once and it does not even register the touches very often.i read that calibration of the screen might fix this problem.is there a way of calibrating it or the problem can never be solved?

Hrmm,kinda tricky.One more request,can you tell me the Version for you SUS app?(Version is located at the bottom left of app).

Mine is version 2.13.13.201311221624

It has included all the latest phones including Z1.

ya its the same as yours.i cnt even repair on pc companion as it says you need windows 7 or before.i am using windows 8.can this be the reason?

I don't know but it is rather impossible.If it is true,then Sony is truly an outdated company.

Where did you download the SUS?Try checking out this one,it said it supports Microsoft@Windows 8

Update the device to the latest version and also check with the screen protector removed if nothing else fixes your issue then you've to replace the touch screen again. Sus should work fine. As with pc companion try running it with Windows 7 compatibility mode.

Im also facing the same issues that is the bottom left nd right corner of the phne r not working properly.. But whn i restart the phone it works normally but after some time the problem comes back again
