now i have proplems with my memory so i want to reset factory .. every time i do it messege with loading icon appears for hours and dont finish unles i power off the mobile what can i do to reset the mobile ?!
unmounting internal storage? that's odd, are you certain that its not unmounting sd card/external storage?
