xperia lounge apps

Hello

I keep getting notifications from the Xperia Lounge saying I have free apps to download, but when I try and download them via the Xperia Lounge app they get blocked and the installation stops.

Does anyone know how to get around this?

What country are you in as some countries block access to the Play store
