Upcoming Better Update to Xperia SP

The new android 4.3 and firmware .205 update is not that good enough you guys know, update means to fix things not to break them. i got few problem like most of the users, First and very important, battery. its not working fine after the update, draining fast, touch is working pathetically, phone is getting heated up very often, camera quality got even poor, interface has became laggy and theres a huge list to go. Hard reset didn't work for me either. so are Sony devolopers doing anything to fix things up or just concentrating on their whole Z things. let me know if theres any upcoming update for SP on the roll please, or if you got some solutions for that..

They are three solutions to that :

1)Contact your local Sony Xperia for any upcoming updates
http://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/contactUs/

2)Flash/Root your phone to go install other updates

3)Buy a newer device(sadly) because Xperia SP have a little outdated processor(and its dual core).

Anything more,i can't help.

Even i wasn't happy.But lets just face it,everything has it end's.If not a happy ending,better off a slow and sad ending.

And yeah,the 4th solution is by repairing your software using PCC

It doesn't seem likely that there will be any more updates, but that's my opinion

haha you almost made me cry on that  cuz i just purchased this phone few months back due to low budget so cant get a new one, cant flash, warranty issus. and you know the problem,
any custom ROM u can prefer for a good battery life and enhanced performance?

Hi

As bad as it sounds the Xperia SP has reached end of life and Sony officially confirmed this-so we will not get anymore updates. Unfortunately your stuck with what you've got (and so are all other SP users).

I have experienced horrible battery drain (android os) and poor RAM managment but to fix it what I did was root the device and remove bloatware and install greenify to 'freeze' apps. So far it is working on stock ROM. Custom ROMs are good but they can be buggy whilst at the same time fun to use especially when they have ported features from newer Xperia's.
