vibration intensity

Hi, vibrations in my xperia t3 are too strong, and when it's on the table, you can get heart attack when new message income, how can i change them?

You cannot,maybe change the notification sound because it will vibrate according to that.

I believe some apps such as whatsapp allow you to modify this slightly, however, not the intensity but the duration.
