Hi everybody.

I dont know if somebody have the same problem.... I'm from madrid and when I bought my mobile (one month ago) saw that my turn on button protection was detached. Now i dont know if the water protection is working yet.

Anybody had the same problem? I'm thinking that if my mobile phone is new, i dont believe in fix is the best way for this problem.

It could have been a factory issue,but it would be best that you do not submerge the phone under water.

Take it back to the store or to a Sony repair center
