Xperia Z1 stuck in boot loop

Hi there, I bought my brand new Xperia Z1 2 weeks ago, the first few days, it work perfect but some time have to restart because it keep losing mobile data, after a few day, it start to having boot loop. I tried everything that other post said like hard reset and leave it more than 30s, take out the sim card and sd card, but still, it can't start up without having boot loop. It just appear Sony logo, then Xperia, then restart, heat up and keep continue like that.

I tried to factory reset and flash a new room with SUS, work perfectly again, after 3 days, the bootloop start happen again and the mobile data keep losing.  Any idea to fix this ? Thanks in advance

Do you notice any wallpaper coming up when the phone boots up and run for the 30 secs.. and is the network signal off ?

Exact same symptoms; just after two days using my brand new Z1. Took it to the service and still waiting to hear form them for more than 10 days! In my case, when the phone rebooted, there was no background image at all; all I had was a pure black background (the widgets and all were still there and functional) and after about half a minute or so, the phone rebooted itself. If I let this go on for some time, the phone sometimes booted up normally. Funny that during the reboots, although my SIM was locked, I was never asked for a PIN.

Exactly!!. neither SUS or the pc companion will fix that, took it to the service center and got it replaced. had to wait for 5 business days. Replacement is working good till date.

10 days in service center is not good, insist them for a replacement ASAP.

No wallpaper, it all black and display loading, then after like 5-20s it reboot again, also no signal. Tried to emailed them 10 days already and they not replying me, their service center is too far and I can't go their, the only ways I get warranty is send it to them but I don't know if they accept it.

May i suggest repair the phone with sony tool, had the same problem when trying to flash the update to 257 which wasn't available in the netherlands, after repair it runs smoothly and no more reboot. That was really annoying.

i am not sure about the email. call the customer support, get a service request number. go to the service center and look for a replacement. they will test it with their tools (2 days), then they will raise a request for replacement (5 days)

I just want to verify, was your bluetooth on or did you use the bluetooth previously when you encountered this issue?

and for the replacement, is it a brand new phone or refurbished?
