Xperia ZL camera error

Hi!
I've just bought my Xperia ZL yesterday and everything was ok before i used pc companion to copy my contact list. After the use of it my phone ring seems to become qiueter, but the real problem is that my camera shows unknown camera error and doesn't work. I've tried to reset all settings, also I tried to use this forum, but the way of solution proposed (to erase all camera settings and restart the phone) didn't work too.
My phone is in Russia, could it be some kind of defect, or maybe there's a problem with updates? The other camera programs from google play doesn't work too.

I've tried PCC using support zone twice, but, unfortunately no result.

SUS asks me to turn off the phone and hold down the volume button, but nothing happens when I do that

Make sure that your phone is charged (at least 50%)

Upd - after the PCC operations sometimes the camera menu appears. The camera still do not work, but I see the icons on the screen and I can switch to the front camera - it works properly. Switching back to main camera causes the same error

unmount the SD card and try w/o an sd card also

settings > apps > all > camera > clear everything > try again

There is no SD Card - I've just bought device yesterday

SUS began to work, but still no result.
I have no SD Card, and clearing data is not useful.
Are there any other exits?

What do you mean by "SUS began to work"?
