Disabling MMS bar in SMS text mesaging application

Hello ,

Is there any way how to disable "multimedia bar"  (the one that allows to insert location, pictures ...) tat is just above the keyboard when typing SMS ?

I often accidently tap it and the SMS turn into MMS.

Drives me so crazy I made my first post here on the forum.

No, it's part of the Messaging Application that's part of the Kernel.

You might be able to download a 3rd party SMS app. Some apps label themselves as messages... but use data... look for one that uses the proper SMS service provided with your carrier if you want to avoid data fees, and just have SMS charges
