Features lost after unlocking bootloader - Xperia ZR

Hi,

I'd like to get the sony support on this issue.

I have an Xperia ZR running android 4.2.2, and the backup that the PC Companion offers is almost useless, you can't backup apps and app data.

I want to unlock the bootloader to install a custom recovery to do Nandroid backups, but I'm concerned about the features lost after unlocking the bootloader.

So, what are the features that we lost when unlocking the bootloader ex. BRAVIA 2, DRM keys, PC Companion connectivity?

Is there way to do app and app data backup without unlocking the bootloader ?

Exactly what you listed, also the camera won't work as well, the camera quality will lower.
