Headphone jack Malfunctioning

Hellow everyone, i am using Xperia Z3 for almost 2 months now and it is still in factory warranty, i don't think knowing specific model is required in my case so i will just go ahead.

2 days ago, i connected my Z3 with my car's AUX cable to listen to songs in car but somehow, with some false pull, the tip of headphone jack broke down and left inside the jack, i didn't realize until evening (3-4 hours it was in there), though, phone was not recognizing the broken piece as "Headphones" because the speakers were working that time. Then, i found out that AUX's top tip of half inch was inside, i tried to pull it out with a needle, tried pushing from sideways to upward, but couldn't pull out, so i decided to put AUX back inside and then take it out, and that worked, the tip came out.

But next day (yesterday) i tried plugging in headphone jack, but phone did not recognize the headphone jack, i tried multiple headphones, didn't work. Then i even tried half insertion which works sometimes, but didn't work either. Then i tried swinging the jack while inside port (not with too much force), didn't work either. Then i thought maybe the "end" part of jack is pushed further inside, but that is still in place where it should be.

I really need help, i like my phone a lot, i love music even more, i just need to get it fixed somehow. I heard that any phone shop can fix this by adding a new headphone jack, but will that keep my water proofing? Also, is there any other way to possibly fix it without replacing jack?

Thank you,

Ryan.

You need to contact your local support to get it inspected and repaired.

@uliwooly actually my brother sent this phone to me from Abu Dhabi and all the warranty is in Arabic (and English) language, would that be a problem? I live in Pakistan, i do have a Sony Service Center about 13 miles from my home, i'll try to reach it but i need confirmation that they will be able to help me.

I reached some local shops today, they said they can replace it with some broken phone from their dump box but they will rip open my phone which is still in 1 and a half year of warranty.
