mms not working

All of a sudden my xperia has stopped receiveing picture messages. It comes up that I have one but I can't open jt or view it. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi @Lil_l88,

Are you still able to send and receive text messages?

I would suggest that you first try to reset your APN-settings, go to Settings > More > Mobile networks > Access Point Names > Press the three dots > Press Reset to default. Then restart your phone and go to Settings > More > Press Internet settings and Accept (You may need a WiFi-connection for this to work), after your new internet settings are downloaded restart your phone again and try sending an MMS to yourself, are you able to both send and receive it?

I type in everything I need to start receiving my mms, and when I hit save they are all erased, and therefore, I can not get any group messages.
