yes iam trying to add new lock
and no i don't have any work account

Can you go to Security and then access Device administrators and let me know what you have listed?

Can you try unticking the configuration agent and see if you can clear the content

Since removing the account from the device have you restarted the handset?
Strange, one of the device admins is not allowing the change to take place, it is possible that it could be the Android Device management or the My Xperia. You could try unticking both to see if the issue remains.
