Issue After update

Whwn i was connected my c3 to wifi,it shows me to update the android version.So, i did it,But aftyer the update was installed and my phone was booted.

my cameras flash not working properly,itcaptures the picture with flash but picture is looks black after the flash..

so, i want to uninstall that androiud update,, 

this is humble request to you, please tell me how can i do it????

You cannot uninstall an update just like that,you need to flash the older version.

just do the factory reset ... upon restart jump to settings-about phone-software update-settings-do not update automatically.

You may need to perform a software repair using PC Companion.The process will erase all internal memory.You might need to charge your device for about 1-2 hours before so the device has at least 60% battery.

Make sure the device is not connected to computer or laptop and turned off (sometimes you have to press power button and volume up until the device vibrates 3 times or on some devices you have to press the small button near the SIM tray or on the back of the device).

Open PC companion->support zone->phone/tablet software update->repair my phone/tablet blue highlighted.Follow the steps given,do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable. If PC companion does not start the repair process, you might need to run it in compatibility mode with Windows 7 (in some cases XP).

Try a software repair not factory settings reset.

I m facing the same problem.after updating the new version my back camera is not working properly.i can see many spots on the pictures in day and night. pls give me a solution.is there any update coming to fix this issue

only sony knows.. we can't do anything..but wait until sony notice this bugs and fix this..which I guess take lots of time..as they may be busy updating flagship phones to lollipop

I have the same problem too.

I think I just have to did factory reset, but after I made it, mycamera still doesn't work like before plus mywifi doesn't work.

Can I just downgrade it? and how to do it?
