Repeated problem of sudden discharging and restarting when connected with charger

As I had purchased my Xperia C4 on dt. 31st October 2015 it was working absolutely fine till June 16.
1. The problem starts with the heating of device and suddenly discharging of battery at the rate of 1% in every 5 sec till zero. When connecting with charger it tries to restart again and again. I went to the authorized service centre. Service engineer attended the job and after two days they reported that the problem has been resolved by updating software and now device is working fine.
2. After first service within two days the same problem of abruptly discharging of battery arise, again I went to service station for resolving the problem. The problem has been attended and job completed by replacing some hardware component.
3. After few days again the same problem of discharging of battery and restarting of mobile came which was very disappointing that the repeated problem is taking place in same device even after couple of services, again I went to service centre for repairs. Engineer reported that its battery failed and needs to replace. Replacement of battery with new one took around a weeks of time and handed over to me after job completion.
4. Fourth time mobile taken to service centre to replace back cover as during past services its locks got damaged and which was replaced at free of cost.

All the above services takes place with the warranty period and I haven’t paid any charges for the services but number of problem happening in the device is very disappointing and a question mark on product quality. It makes me very discomfort for going to service centre multiple times, erasing my data and not able to utilize my device properly.
Now on 3rd March 2017 once again the same problem battery abruptly discharging and restarting makes me panic and annoyed then I had conversation with Sony care on chat, customer care and Sony india corporate office Delhi based on conversation I have given my mobile at service station for repairing (job No.W117030601874). 
At this moment the service engineer called and said its mother board is faulty and need to replace which cost around Rs. 9632.00 which I need to pay for repairing with the warranty of of 3 months only.
It can be clearly understand there must be problem with the mother board since beginning and it has been repaired temporarily on trial and error basis in warranty but problem again appears they are remedy to replace the mother board when it out of warranty 

Being Sony user since 2008 I used Sony W66i, Sony X10 mini pro, Xperia M Dual and now Xperia C4 Dual is only because the quality of the Sony products are unmatched and can’t be compare with the others equivalent, but this repeated issue with Xperia C4 weaken my perception, trust and confidence of the brand Sony. With my past experience with Sony I guess it’s probably with the product batch faulty during manufacturing. Above four numbers of services were free of cost but now it is beyond the warranty and I need to pay for the repairing which I don’t know how much is going to be invoiced. And even after I am not very sure that the mobile will be giving its desired service life after investing money on repeated problem.
You are requested to kindly look into the matter and arrange to replace the faulty set because it is having problem since beginning and prove that Sony really cares for their customers.

I'm sorry for your bad experience with your phone and the maintenance in your area. Unfortunately, we might not be able to help you with this matter as we are all users in this user-based forum. You'll need to contact your Local support and try to work this out with them or escalate it to a higher management, as all maintenance and warranty issue will be handled locally.

As I stated, this is a user-based forum, and I'm one of those users. I don't have any contacts of any Sony staff member and I'm not managed by any. Only your Local support would provide such information.

yeah. I have the same problem with my C4. And I am going crazy ah~

we have to replace the battery, right? But I dont know where to repair it now. :(((

Not only you and I am facing the problem with the C4, you can find there are many users those who are facing the exact same problem. We are very few out of them who are wirting or sharing the issue. 

I request all to comment on this post who faced same problem with C4.

as @Quester have suggested, try to have your devices checked at your local service center Local support

this seems to be an issue with hardware if this is not fixed by performing software repair using Xperia Companion...
