Cant connect to internet with wireless boo hoo

Hi i have a tr pcgtr5mp i love it but for one thing- i can not connect to the internet through my wireless braodband connection. If i plug in my ethernet cable it is recognised instantly but pull it out and try wireless no such luck. I am in UK using DEMON as my ISP. Tried to contact support at demon but hey they dont support wireless connection even though they sold it to me. Oh another thing i also have a tablet pc this connects wireless no probs- so what do i need to do help:smileysad:

Welcome to the Clubbe,
No wonder they are called Demon. Refresh your wireless network list and see who you can pick up and contact the strongest signal for they're ISP number or use the tablet PC ISP, DNS numbers. Make sure it is WEP secured if you are doing your online banking through it.

Thanks but i am getting rid of the tablet so will not have an option, im connected now via ethernet but when unplugged yep no connection aghhhhhh!:smileycry:

Check your firewall is allowing access via the IP of the wireless card
