Docking station

Hi All

Can anybody tell me if it is possible to purchase a docking station for a Sony VGH-FS215B and were I might get one? I have emailed Sony but have not had a reply as yet. I am looking for the one with the TV tuner cards and video in sockets not just a port replicater

I think not that there is one. The only one which Sony sells is the port replicator. If you want the AV-dock, then you must buy the FS215Z.:smileysad:

I have found the VGPPRFS1 CE but this just give me more ports but not the extra video input I would like. you would think that as a Sony owner that sony would allow us to buy any accessories we want. but as you say it seem to be exclusive to the FS215Z

It seems daft really, you would think that it would be available as an accessory, i would certainly keep trying with Sony, that said, I think that even if they do sell them it will probably be expensive.

You could also try places like eBay, i know its a long shot but you never know...

The part number is: VGP-PRFS10V, try typing this into Google and see what it comes up with.
