Hi

I have a vaio pocket and the thing is starting to freeze all the time, this happened before and it went in for repair and they replaced the damaged part. It is now happening again and the one year warranty from when I first bought it has run out, but it has not been a year since they replaced the broken part, so shouldn't the new part they put in it be guaranteed for a year?????

Also I have been trying to use the e-support to make a case but I can't start a new one, and found that the case I had before when they replaced a part had disappeared off my record!!! Any suggestions would be great. Its getting rreally annoying when it freezes and you have to go through all the setup when you reset it and I really wanna get this fixed.

one trick I used when this happened is to not set the clock, for some reason, this cut the freezes down to one every three months, I know it is not a solution, but it's less of a pain in the ass then constant freezing.

Also, I carry a paperclip in my carry case for such occasions, miles from home with nothing to reset the player is a major headache.

Thanks for that, I also keep a paper clip on my keyring for when this happens.
I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the warranty and if other vaio pocket owners can access the e-support function online and create an incident. When I tried phoning they said you can get free help online, but I can't for some reason. Any replies will be helpful.
