How do I Replace hard dive in PCG-8q1m (VGN-A197XP) ??

I wish to replace the hard drive in my Vaio PCG-8Q1M (VGN-A197XP) but do not know where it is located. The laptop is out of warranty so I didnt want to take it to peices looking for the HDD incase theres an easy way to do it. Looked on Sony sites and google and could not find the solution.
