PCV-W1 keyboard problem

hi. i have the PCV-W1 vaio pc but some of my keys on the built in keyboard arent workin - c, spacebar etc. all of a sudden. when i press those keys, i get a beep from inside the pc. i am having to use the onscreen keyboard instead. any help would be useful plz. thank you.

I developed the same problem yesterday, whereby approx half the keyboard keys are not working but when pressed make a bleep sounds - has any 1 found a solution for this? Any help will be much appreciated.
