Hi,
For quite sometime, I have problems reading/writing DVDs on my DVD drive (SONY RW DW-U50A).
Even Windows explorer does recognise DVDs.
I have done a firmware upgrade with the latest patch from the SONY website.
I have uninstalled the drive in safe mode and reinserted the drive. This also did not resolve the issue.
Any help on this topic will be very much appreciated.
