teletext (dt. Videotext)

Hi all together,

at first my english isn't very well, but i hope ypu can help me.
I have a Vaio PCV-RS602 PC. I use the Giga Pocket software to watch TV on it. I ask me if it have a Teletext function. If yes, how can i activate it?
