Vaio PCG-GRT716S Noisy!!!!

hi, I have a problem.

Mu notebook is very noisy... just when my notebook is 2 min on power he is just an airplane... a friend of mine has just the same notebook and is not so noisy as mine.. his is less noisy.. it's quite... So I'm a little affraid now what i'm suppose to do...

I Live in THe Netherlands... does someone has an idea?

How old is the notepad..

He may have his fan set to 'Quiet' while yours is set to 'Performance'. If you want to change yours so it's quiet, the settings are in the Control Panel>Power Settings area. If you don't play games on your laptop the Quiet fan setting should be fine for you.

Power Settings don't give this sort of option with Quit fan settings

yes but what i'm saying my friend has the same notebook and is much less noisy
