Charging Problem

One day suddenly my sony xperia z1 compact stopped charging or charging too slowly.I searched google for help and i found and followed this instruction:-

 Just as suggested above you should try to charge the phone using another charger. Also try to press and hold the power button and volume up at the same time until the device vibrates.

After doing this step my phone started to charge normally again except when i plug in my charger now stamina mode stops working.it did not happen before.I tried factory reset but no change.Why does stamina mode stops when i charge my phone after doing the above step?Did it changed any settings?

I want to know,why stamina mode goes off when i put my phone on charge? Is it harmful to my phone?if it is then how to fix that?

You can charge your phone all day if you want to, it won't harm your phone, once the battery has reached 100% it will stop charging

It is normal for the Stamina Mode to switch OFF during charging.

It will be turned ON onced you disconnect the charger.

Now i get it Thanks.However i have found another problem  when i use external SD card on my phone it charges slowly.If i remove SD card then it charges normally.Is it a normal thing for all z1 compact user or i am having issues?

Not sure about that.

Is the charging rate have a really noticeable slower rate?

Because there are hundreds factors that affects the charging rate and not simply the SD Card

absolutely noticable i put my phone on charge when it was 55% and after 5 hours it reached only 85%,So i suppose its not normal charging rate.I used xperia z1 before even it is a bigger screen phone with a bigger battery than compact it used take 2-3 hours to full charge.I turned it off and then tried to charge it but the result was same.... 

 I think now i have to remove sd card every time i charge my phone,very annoying
