Error - Camera not Available

When i click camera icon it says that "Error - camera not availble".

I'd reseted my phone but the problem is still exiting.

I suggest that you perform a software repair via PC Companion to see if this can help:

In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.

Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.

But if there are no improvement, I suggest that you visit nearest service center to have your phone examined by a technician. You can contact your local support team for further information about nearest service center and/or how to proceed with this in the best possible way:

Downloaded PC Companion and try repair also. But my phone camera is not still working.

Just go in settings search for camera then clear the cache data and restart your phone and see whether your camera works or not mostly it will help you
