Headphone jack problem

I recently got a new pair of headphones but the plug won't stay in the jack properly it won't click in. The headphone plug works fine in my moto x but in my z2 tablet the slightest bump will unplug them.

Yes this happens with other headphones. Just a question, does it matter if I bought the tablet in a different country?

It does matter as the warranty it's only good on the country it was bought at
