new smartband talk

Just set up my smart band talk swr30 and now the screen has two arrows in a circle on it. It's been a while and its still there. It's this a update? Or is there something wrong? Thanks

Have you synced your SBT with your phone

I have installed the app and went thru all the set up.my xperia z1 sees it and is connected to it. But is there something else i should do

That's odd, what if you unpair the SBT and try again

Now should nfc be turned on or off.

it will be easier if its on, bluetooth has to be on too.

Ok tried both and i still only have the two arrows in a circle on my watch. Is there a way to reset it or turn it off

Long press the power button for more than 10 seconds

And to make sure that's the smaller button right? I did that and the screen remains the same the whole time.although my phone says it's disconnected the screen on my watch is the same.
