Walkman player problem

Sir,

Purchased this phone two months back from Universal Mobiles. It plays for 10-15 minutes and then it stops automatically. But through headset we can hear song and when remove we can not. Once switch off and do restart ,it works for some 10-15 minutes then same problem raise. Please sort out this issue very soon.

Please update your phone sofware and if already done then repair your phone software using SUS or PCC.
