Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
Make sure you have nothing interfering with the lens or flash, such as protective films, covers, cases or fingers.
Also make sure that the lens is clean.
If you've checked all the above, try to reinstall the phone software using Update Service..
Before reinstalling your device you may want to backup your information first. Check out this topic for more information on how to.
How to backup?
Please let me know how it goes.
hi thx for repling my question"
I have checked everthing you mention before but the camera still suffering same issue now.
and my android vision is 4.4.2 bulid number is 17.1.A.2.55
I have camera not available error when i try to open the camera! i have done a factory reset and the camera works again.. but after a few days the error is back! what is the problem?!!
Thank you for posting an example.
But its very hard to judge this picture since we don't have any reference picture of how it "should" look like.
Also, is the picture taken through a windows? Or is it a light beaming right into the lens?
When you have the time please upload another example picture of when you experience this and make sure that the flash isn't being reflected right into the lens.

Do you have a:
protective case
protective film
dirty lens
or are your fingers too close to the lens and/or flash?
I always check my lens is clean before that take any picture and here is the worst one.
I did'nt open flash for those pictures.camera model is Auto.
Hi there!
I do have the same problem here.
I take a picture and it somehow look good when you press the half focus button but when you press it full, or simply press the camera button on the screen to take the picture, a white balance effect overrides the image and its not how you want it to be.. It shows up some noise no matter what light conditions.
I tried every other modes and seems that the background defocus option is the only one nearest to a clear image.
I want to believe that this is a software issue.
tried repairing it, and also tried deleting all the data on the camera, still showing up the same issue..
