Z2 camera issue

hi guys" I brought  z2 two weeks ago everything is fine except the camera when I take picture at daylight or at night  the picture always got the purple tint issue.is anyone suffering the same issue like me?

I'm having a similar issue, a big purple horizontal streak across the middle of every photo. This only happens when I have the flash on. Anyone found a solution to this yet?

I also have the same issue. When the flash is Off, everything is pretty well. But when the flash is On, the whole picture gose purple and is blur. 

I found the reason now. It is because of the sony white cover case. When I do not use the case, the issue is improved a lot.

Same problem here, is there an sollution? before with 4.4.2 i did not have this problem, my friends laugh at me with apple and Samsung, thanks Sony!!!

No case, no flash. This is a software bug. Please solve this.

What do you mean with impaired? i have this problem, but my father with an Z3 brand new 2 days old has the same problem.

and still there is no solution? as well of the Z3 of my father with Firmware 4.4.4. from September as min Z2 may 2014 with firmware 4.4.4. have the same issue. i cannot remember this with 4.4.2.
