Graphic Card

I got a Vaio pcg-grt785b, but I want to change my graphic card because it's not strong enough for the programs or games that I use or play.

Right now i have a 32mb nvidia go graphic card, but is it possible to change my graphic card with another nvidia 128mb graphic card?

If so, how do I change my card?
