where can i get this device again

i lost my fe21h memory card reader, i just own this laptop for a month and my card reader lost while moving house. Anyone know how and where i am able to buy the same one.

Yah theres an internal device only for memory stick pro duo,
then theres another external device(not sure is it consider external, but you can plug it into a slot kinda like pcmcia) comes with the vaio. from the sony style shop it descriped : Memory card adaptor (Memory Stick(TM) std & Pro,MMC, SD, xD);Memory Card Adapter (VGP-MCA10)

i try to search that card reader model via internet, but its under pc card model, and the one comes with fe21h is only about 3cm width


try to tok a picture showing the pcmcia slot and the memory card reader slot

that adaptor is inserted where that thing slides out.

I have a feeling that you are referring to the Express Card adaptor.

No idea where you will find the exact match for the particular one that was supplied with your model but a Google should throw up plenty of alternatives.

I found a reference to Sony 5-in-1 Memory Card Adaptor (VGP-MCA10) on Amazon.com unfortunately only in the US, however I'm not sure if they ship worldwide...:smileysad:

just search for memory card vaio on ebay and you'll find them relatively cheap...

Thanks guys, i just bought it from ebay, the last one available
i guess the one supplied by vaio kinda smaller than the one from ebay (pcmcia) i will update you guys again when i receive the adaptor i bought from ebay.

(wish they are the same, as the model number are the same )
